Do I get to choose which Virtual Assistant supports my business?

Good news is here at Hello Jenn we complete the interview and training for YOU! We select the VA team best suited for your company needs. As onboarding begins, we put you on a Meet and Greet virtual meeting with your trained team so you can get to know them as they start supporting your business.

How long before my Virtual Assistant can start working for me?

There’s a 7-10 days period before you meet your team of Virtual Assistants. During this time, our onboarding staff is working with you to understand your business systems and processes, creating your custom project management board and then we introduce you to the team!

What are the tasks Hello Jenn VA's will manage for me?

Our team of VA’s manage daily tasks such as email management, scheduling, social media management, content creation, short form video editing, graphic design, website development, SEO, lead generation, administrative tasks, data management, research, and billing.

Is there a package above The Pro Package?

Yes! We have an Executive Package for those who need over 200+ hours of support for their business. Feel free to book a free consultation to learn more!

Does my Virtual Assistant Team work for me full-time or part-time?

We recommend that entrepreneurs begin with full-time so our team can develop a work flow and rhythm for your business. However we do offer moonlighting or part-time packages for new business owners; this would be our Starter or Builder Packages.

Do you help manage the Virtual Assistants?

Yes, we manage the VAs for you.

We actually take care of recruiting, training, managing, health benefits, and payroll so you only need to provide weekly tasks and casting vision for the team.

Are the Virtual Assistants trained?

Definitely, yes. We hire Virtual Assistants and put them through training before we certify them and make sure they are qualified to work for clients. They are taught fundamental skills on how to be a Virtual Assistant, which include technical skills, communication skills, ethics, graphic designing, administrative tasks, lead generation, social media management, and more.

How do we pay the Virtual Assistants?

Hello Jenn has your back, you don’t have to worry about the payroll, because we handle all financial payments needed for your VAs.

Is my Virtual Assistant my employee?

Technically yes, but in legal sense, no. That is because you won’t have to pay any taxes or other fees since your VA is an employee of Hello Jenn. You don’t have to worry about any issues between you and your VA since we will provide them a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

How does billing work?

Once you decide to proceed with Hello Jenn, you will be billed a one time set up fee with the selected package rate. Clients are billed month to month at their standard rate, any additional hours are billed separately by the hour.
